Occupying Marbella's finest location, Skol Apartments enjoy a prime position on the resort's sea front. The Skol is separated from the long sandy beach by a marble pedestrian promenade fringed with palm trees. The complex is opposite a beautiful park and is within easy walking distance of the winding cobbled streets of the old town. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful semi tropical gardens with extensive lawns for sunbathing. There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €2.50 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools. The Skol is surrounded by good quality shops, restaurants and bars.
In the immediate vicinity, there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a short distance away is the renowned Puerto Banus.

STUDIO APARTMENTS: Sleep max 2 people, they comprise a bed-sitting room with separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony
1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS: Duplex style or all on one level, they comprise twin bedroom, separate living room with dining area, Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. A put-u-up bed can be supplied at a small extra cost for a third person
2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS: There is a spacious living room with dining area, south facing balcony, 2 twin bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. A put-u-up can be supplied at a small extra cost for a fifth person
3 BEDROOM APARTMENT: The apartment is a 3 bed apt with lounge / dining area, modern kitchen with all integrated appliances including oven. hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
A separate washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. The bathroom consist of bath with overhead shower, wc and washhand basin. The 3 bedrooms are as follows:
bedroom number 1 - a king-size bed with built-in wardrobes
bedroom number 2 - one set of bunk beds with mirrored wardrobes including wall mounted safe
bedroom number 3 - two twin beds with free standing wardrobe
The apartment was totally refurbished in May 2007 and is of a very good standard.
4 BEDROOM / 3 BATHROOM BEACHFRONT SUITE: This exquisite apartment is less than 10 metres from Marbella's renowned marble promenade, leading to the golden sandy beaches of Marbella and it's infamous Golden Mile. This unique architecturally designed 220 m2 apartment comprises: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/breakfast room and extensive lounge and dining areas with large terraces overlooking the Mediterranean and the gardens of the SKOL apartments.
All the floors are highly polished cream marble with specially designed oak woodwork and all rooms have hot and cold air conditioning. Each terrace has remote controlled awnings and external lighting.
The accommodation comprises:
Master Bedroom with luxurious Super King sized bed, electronically controlled floor to ceiling curtains, large wall mounted LCD TV with Spanish, English and International channels. His and her dressing area with mirrored sliderobes leading to spacious ensuite with wc, bidet, whb and walk-in wet area with three separate shower areas.
Bedroom 2 consists of King Sized bed with dressing area, mirrored sliderobes, door leading to terrace over looking the sea and promenade.
Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom, again with door leading to terrace over looking the sea and promenade. This room also has the benefit of a TV/DVD combined unit.
Bedroom 4 is a versatile room that has twin beds that can be 'zip and linked' to create a Super King sized bed depending on the requirements, this room also has extensive sliderobes.
Family Bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower attachment, wc, whb and a separate shower cubicle with built in body jets, shower seat and radio!
Guest Bathroom consists of wc and whb.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. Electric oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, breakfast area overlooking the beach. The hallway has a utility area housing the washing machine and separate dryer.
Large Dining Area with marble dining table and eight cream leather dining chairs.
Lounge Area has matching marble coffee table, two leather sofas, large LCD TV and DVD player with home surround sound system. This double aspect room with floor to ceiling electronically controlled curtains has eight sliding doors onto a marble terrace overlooking the sea and beaches of Marbella

Parking is available in the adjacent underground car park in a dedicated space at £7.00 per car per night or £45.00 per car per week - bookable via the Linglyn Travel UK office on 0044 113 268 3260.
Rates are weekly and include heating, electricity, linens and towels (except beach towels) which are changed weekly.
Durations of 8 nights to 13 nights are pro rated + 7th day linen and towel surcharge as follows: - Studio £30.00, 1 bedroom (2 people) £30.00, 2 bedroom (4 people) £40.00 & 3 bedroom £50.00
Extra foldaway bed or Cot available at £35.00 per week including linens and towels.
We accept UK debit cards (no charge) or Visa or MasterCard credit cards. There is a 1.7% service charge for Visa or Mastercard credit card payments.
A deposit of £50.00 per person is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 9 weeks before your arrival.
